Hamarondo’s Terms of Service — Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection
- Your content stays yours. You retain all rights to any data, text, or materials you upload. We only need a limited license to display and analyze your submissions on Hamarondo.
- We protect our tools database. The curated list of emerging startup tools—tracked within days of public launch—is our proprietary IP. Scraping, republishing, or reverse-engineering our dataset is strictly prohibited.
- Copyright takedown policy. If you believe a tool listing or user content infringes your copyright, notify us via our Contact Us page. We’ll act fast under the DMCA.
- User-generated content filters. By submitting reviews, comments, or tool suggestions, you grant Hamarondo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, adapt, and distribute that content on the platform.
- No backdoor copying. You may not use Hamarondo to market, sell, or redistribute any tool data before it trends. Our early-access intelligence is the core of what we offer.
- Attribution required. If you share Hamarondo tool insights externally (e.g., blog posts, pitch decks), you must credit us with a link back to the original listing.
- Counterfeit tools. We reserve the right to remove any listing that falsely claims affiliation with a third-party product or service. Impersonation = immediate termination.
- Feedback = ours. Suggestions, feature requests, or bug reports you send become Hamarondo’s property. We’ll improve the platform, but you won’t earn royalties—fair warning.
- API usage limits. Accessing our proprietary tool database via API requires a separate agreement. Unauthorized automated scraping is a breach of these terms.
- Indemnity for IP claims. You agree to hold Hamarondo harmless if your submitted content triggers a third-party copyright or trademark dispute.
Since 2019, Hamarondo has been the fastest radar for startup tools—we track them within days of launch, before they trend. That edge depends on everyone respecting IP boundaries. Treat our database like a trade secret, because it is.
